Refund Policy
1. BeatMyFare: Cancellation or any changes of Airline/Bus tickets shall always be subject to charges as may be payable to the relevant Airline/Bus in accordance with such relevant Airline/Bus cancellation/refund policy.
2. The customer must read individual Airline/Bus specific terms and conditions to find out if the ticket proposed to be booked/purchased is subject to any additional cancellation fee or charge. We take no liability whatsoever in this regard.
3. Please note that unless stated otherwise, it is mandatory to contact us for refunds and the airline will not directly refund the tickets booked from our booking platform.
4. Prior to booking tickets, you must familiar yourself with the relevant airline cancellation/refund policy with respect to the ticket to be booked by you. Any cancellation or any changes all charges payable to the relevant airline shall be to your account. At present a service fee of Rs 200/- and Rs 500/- being charged for domestic and International respectively over and above the Airline cancellation or rescheduling fees.

Cancellation Policy
1. Any changes on online booking are accepted 24hrs prior to departure only.
2. Changes within 24 Hours of booking to be made through our helpdesk (hello@beatmyfare.com)
3. Our call centre timings are 900hrs to 2000 hrs (Except Sunday And National Holidays).
4. Any Cancellation/rescheduling for online bookings after 2000hrs till 1000hrs to be done directly through airlines helpdesk and cancellation/rescheduling reference number to be retained for respective airlines.
5. Any cancellation/rescheduling for online bookings done directly through airlines helpdesk need to be advised to http://www.beatmyfare.com/ within 12 hours of any changes through mail at -hello@beatmyfare.com
6. All booking booked on BeatMyFare mobile/web platforms are subject to cancellation penalty levied by the Airlines

To Cancel Your Tickets
1. Log onto http://www.beatmyfare.com.
2. Click on the Customer Support link.
3. Click on Cancel Bookings button under the Flights section.
4. Enter the BeatMyFare Booking ID corresponding to your booking and the Contact Number that you gave at the time of the booking.
5. You can choose to cancel your entire booking or cancel any specific passengers or sectors in your booking after you log in.
6. Please review the cancellation penalty and refund amount before you confirm to cancel the booking.
7. The refund amount would reflect in the same account that was used to make the payment at the time of the booking.

You can also cancel your ticket(s) by logging into your account using your email id and password under the My Bookings section on the Customer Support page.
